Textiles -> 300014063 textiles (visual works). 300022238 is a typo (from the next row in the sheet), and "textile art" is a different more specific concept.
Tools and Equipment -> 300022238 is correct, but I've raised an issue with Patricia to make it a Concept (it's a Hierarchy node).

Yes, 300014063 is the correct choice.
