For instance, http://data.americanartcollaborative.org/page/cbm/thesauri/title/aflower

This means that all items that have the same title use the same title—which is incorrect. Just because they use the same words doesn't mean they're the same title.

Use a per-object URL, not a thesaurus URL for titles.

Changed the URIs to use Title IDs.
