[Issue-198] Revisions to membership dropdown #200

This PR adjusts the solution in https://github.com/americanhandelsociety/americanhandelsociety-members/pull/199 (per feedback from AHS members).

This PR adds a "Membership" dropdown that clearly encapsulates the auth-user-only links:
