What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start helloworld sample application (sample app in documentation)
2. select install the TTS
3. Google Sign-in <jarena68@gmail.com> enter <Password> prompt is displayed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
download of TTS library to phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android Dev Phone

How do I download TTS library to Android (HTC) Dev Phone?

This issue appears outdated and not repeatable.  Please ensure you have 
installed TTS Extended from Market.
