Crackle TV not fully functional via Chrome Browser on Vizio Co-Star - neither Crackle nor Vizio is responding #102

The synopsis of the problem can be viewed at the two URLs.  I have frustratedly 
peppered Vizio and Crackle Support on all of their support sites and social 
media sites to no avail.  Perhaps posting here will bring attention to the 
matter.
