Allow the Guide button to be overridden by 3rd party developers #106

As part of the Google TV v3 upgrade a new mini-guide is being added. This is 
invoked if the user presses the Guide button on the remote. Google TV should 
allow 3rd party developers to override that button with their own guide 
implementations. Just like the home launcher can be customized by users, users 
should be able to pick other guide implementations. Technically Google TV 
should support an intent-filter for the guide button so that 3rd party apps can 
also be invoked by the guide button.

I've seen the Redux app utilize the guide button

Yes, this can be done by while other apps are running, but the intention of 
this request is that this be allowed for 3rd party apps while the live TV app 
is active.
