Allow the Google TV screensaver to be replaced by 3rd party developers #107

Just like the launcher wallpaper can be replaced by animated wallpapers, it 
would make sense to allow developers and users to replace the Google TV 
screensaver. The screensaver could provide opportunities to display data and 
content beyond just protecting the TV screen.

I agree. I would like this feature as when I am out during the day I like to 
have a screensaver I created for my pets play to keep them company. There are 
tons of uses for this with GoogleTV.
