I have asked the question on stackoverflow, but not get any solid answer yet.

I am running emulator on 32bit Ubuntu 12.04, with KVM enabled.

Although I solved the problem

But I think it's still a bug: "Android Virtual Device Manager" generated 
GoolgeTV avd configuration file did not have correct skin.name and skin.path 
parameters
