Track pad enhancement! #131

It would be great if the track pad worked more like scrolling a web page does 
on a tablet ie:  a swipe of your fingers up-down, left-right actually was as 
responsive as it is on a tablet.  What I mean is a slow movement mores the 
scrolling along slowly while a quick movement doesn't just stop suddenly when a 
user removes their fingers from the track pad but actually keeps going like it 
would if you made a fast movement with your fingers on a tablet.
