720p and 1080p devices not available in emulator

Installed the latest android sdk bundle on a newly setup linux machine (fresh 
install no prior installation).
Installed the newly released GoogleTV addon (API 13) via SDK Manager.
restarted eclipse
launched AVD Manager
Attempted to create an AVD:
target = GoogleTV addon
Device section doesn't have an entry for 1080p or 720p.

Looking in the "device definitions" section of AVD Manager there aren't any 
entries for 720p or 1080p as it used to...

The same behavior can be observed on a windows 7 64bit machine
