There is no 'save' button with adding a new APN, and the fields related to APN 
and network setting filled doesn't remain stored in case the window is exited, 
nor seen in the list of any added APNs.

Other issues are, the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth are not dynamic if switched ON or OFF. 
It takes lot of time and not clearly understood to the user, whether the change 
is in effect or not. Also, some of the settings doesn't respond to click. The 
UI related to connectivity is very poor. The product itself is really great and 
fixing these issues would make it a great success..!!!
