Doesn't play mp4 file on Sony NSZ-GS7 but plays on Revue #144

The file plays fine on one device but not on the other.

We've investigated:

Copied the attached file to USB and tested on following vx.x.x devices .

Results: Audio only heard on all devices without any video.

Intel:
Sony TV ( build xxx) - Audio plays . No video. Played from Media player app.
Logitech (build xxx) -  Audio plays . No video. Tried from Photos app and 
Logitech Media player.

ARM:
Vizio ( build Ux.x.x) - Audio plays . But no video. Played using "Playpoint" 
app.
Sony NSZ-GS7 (build #xxxx) - Audio plays . No video. Played from Media player 
app.
