PrimeTime App buggy / need help #155

Hi,
I am not a developer but am trying to find help on a problem in the PrimeTime 
App and no one thus far can help, including Google phone support.

I have a Vizio Co-Star device (running current version of GTV) paired to a Dish 
Network 722k receiver with "DVR integration" enabled. The programs recorded to 
my Dish DVR are supposed to show up in PrimeTime app, but only about 5% of them 
are actually showing up. To me this defeats the purpose of the much-touted "DVR 
integration" feature if it only works occasionally. Have contacted the device 
manufacturer, satellite provider, who both told me (after ruling out all issues 
with the devices I am using) that the issue was with the app and to contact the 
developer (Google). No where on Google can I find this contact info, nor could 
Google phone support give me any info. (They told me the device manufacturer, 
Vizio, was the app developer!) 

Anyway, if anyone knows how to resolve this issue, or knows where I can contact 
someone who might, your help would be much appreciated.

Don't know how Google TV is going to compete when they have no contact info. to 
report issues from the customer.

Have you tried to plug your 722k receiver into the Google TV network connector.

The ideal setup would be:

- connect Vizio Google TV device to your WiFi network
- connect 722K via Ethernet to Google TV device

Make sure you subscribed to the Dish Network "Google TV" add-on package with 
Dish.
