PrimeTime Support/Crash Fix #158

while developing GoogleTV applications.

Please describe the problem in detail. Be sure to include:
- Steps to reproduce the problem (including sample code if appropriate).
- What happened.
- What you think the correct behavior should be.

Don't forget to mention which version of GoogleTV you're using, and/or
which device the problem appears on (model and version).

Please also run "adb bugreport" and "adb logcat" and attach the output.
TV and Movies app (PrimeTime) does not send any codes to the cable box to 
change the channel. Instead the PrimeTime app crashes to the homescreen (no 
popup) or the most recent app like Netflix for example.  The correct behavior 
of the PrimeTime app should send IR codes to the cable box to change the 
channel.  I can reproduce the problem by opening the PrimeTime app, Quick 
Guide, or Search (live tv) and choosing a selection (TV Show on live TV), then 
the TV will go black for a second and go to the most recent app (PrimeTime 
crashes)
