Allow the local TV Program Guide (EPG) to be enhanced by the community. #170

I'm a Google TV user located on an un-supported country. If your country is not 
supported the Primetime app is a little bit useless for Live TV.

I don't want Google to support all Cable TV provider EPG in the world, but to 
give the community a way that they can help to support their local Cable TV 
provider EPG. (with or without local cable provide intervention)

I would like that Google provides the documentation, instructions and examples 
on how can a single man can configure the channel list for their country and 
what will be desirable to connect to the local cable provide EPG so we can have 
the full functionality of PrimeTime (Live TV) outside US. 

I hope that this request make sense, English is not my native language.
