interface to get the current channel being watched #195

interface example:
String channel = System.getCurrentChannelName();
OR
int channel = System.getCurrentChannelNumber();

NOTE:
this could be done with asking for user permission to read the current channel .

can i say bad word cause it really just want to say some i wish i never bought 
a google t.v my friend told me it was good but it wasn't

That really would be great and if it asks for permission, then it would neither 
have privacy implications!
