Upgrade Chrome for Google TV

* Is it possible to upgrade the Chrome Browser?
* Where is the source for the Chrome Browser?

Source/Patch for Chrom[ium] for Android, Google TV edition

* Can I just patch Chromium for Android and cross-compile a custom APK? [1]
* How would I set the default browser?
