Compatibility with VideoLan Beta for Android #209

VideoLan.org advise that the present x86 runtime code on Google TV is not 
compatible with their product. This is surprising as it runs fine on many other 
Android devices. Their Forum lists the various complaints received at:

The Forum mediator Edwardw and the President Jean-Baptiste Kempf advise that 
even with the Sony version running Android 3.2, this is not going to be 
possible until Google update the Runtime code.
As IPTV is a important function for this unit, it is necessary to have a good 
streaming player like VideoLan that can use UDP/Multicast (IGMP proxy).
