Add API for adding new TV source #216

I am attempting to integrate an IPTV source into Google TV.  The source itself 
will play flawlessly, since it is MPEG2.  However, I see no way to integrate it 
into the actual system TV app.  Since the IPTV stream is that of local ATSC 
broadcast, the channel guide is properly displayed and all the information is 
populated within com.google.android.tv.provider/tv_listing.

I see that this DB has a column named channel_uri, which is a string that 
includes information for tuning to a particular station (including a source 
device).
There should be a way to add a new source devices, and to be able to implement 
any required methods to make this source work.

The owners never answers now swear i'm gonna go nuts and poor water on this
