Spotlight App

Spotlight application will not load.  Click on spotlight application and the 
screen is frozen.

I was able to load the webpage on my Android phone.  So I looked up how to
reset the google tv unit.  I restored factory defaults and reconfigured my
system and the concern resolved.  thanks.
