Provide other density-independent pixel measurements (dp). #96

This is a placeholder for discussing options for density-independent pixel 
measurements (dp) for Google TV devices. Currently, Google TV supports 960 x 
540 display resolution in dp. Developers who want to migrate their apps from 
Android mobile devices need to correctly handle this for their user interfaces. 
Would developers prefer higher dp's or other options that would make it easier 
to migrate apps to the Google TV platform?
