Crontab alike task scheduler for Google TV? #99

Dear Google TV team,

Please add to Google TV something to schedule task's execution on time. A 
simple GUI app for Android's internal crontab (does it has one?) would be just 
perfectly enough. I want Google TV to start some Google Chrome bookmark on 
schedule, maximize/bring to foreground the Chrome's window. Or shutdown/reboot 
Google TV once a day.

Another feature that would be just terrific to have in Google TV - a scheduled 
execution of IR-blaster's commands. This way Google TV can power on/off any 
connected external devices , such as TV's, cable boxes, amplifiers, etc.. Just 
imagine - program Google TV to power on TV at 7am and open my favorite TV 
station application. Or rotate through connected TV's inputs every 5 minutes... 
or... well there are hundreds possible applications for IR-blaster.
