For the video ports to work, you need to look up the WhateverGreen patching guide, for those who don't want to scroll a lot, Go to DeviceProperties, Add, Pci(0x2,0x0) (the Intel hd 520 iGPU), add framebuffer-patch-enable, framebuffer-con1-enable, framebuffer-con2-enable , all are data and the value is 01000000, then add framebuffer-con1-alldata and framebuffer-con2-alldata, both are data, for framebuffer-con1-alldata the value is 01050900 00040000 87010000, but if you are going to use a DP to HDMI cable change 00040000 to 00080000 otherwise the video output will have a pink tint and some glitching, for framebuffer-con2-alldata the value is 02040A00 00040000 87010000 which is the VGA port, on Skylake laptops VGA is listed as DP. In ACPI folder you need SSDT-EC-USBX-LAPTOP instead of SSDT-EC as it is written in the Dortania OpenCore guide. For SMBIOS if you're going to use Ventura I think it should stay on MBP14,1 as the CPUs are similar.

Also the boot chime doesn't work

Nvm you have to convert the sampling rate from 44,1 to 48 khz in audacity when you export the boot chime mp3, it has to be 48 khz and mp3 otherwise it won't work, the audio codec is 0
