Is it possible to use the Ventura EFI for Sonoma? and if not can you add a Sonoma EFI to this repo

Also I'm unsure what I'm doing wrong with Ventura but i get as far as the apple boot logo and it gets like 10-20% loaded and freezes. I Have the same exact machine (HP-Elitebook-850-G3) but no dice so far, any tips, not doing Sonoma atm just trying it with Ventura and the Ventura EFI you provided.
