Updated to Amethyst 0.15.0 #14

Disclaimer: I have no idea what I'm doing. :)

These were the changed I made to get this to work with Amethyst 0.15.0. There might be more things that should be changed, but this set makes it compile and work (at least on Windows where I tested it).
