We'll also need an RFC tracker bot type thing, similar to https://github.com/anp/rfcbot-rs

fhaynes commented 6 years ago

Can @amethyst-bot do RFC management? =)

amethyst-bot commented 6 years ago

RFC management was requested but is not set up. Please configure it by visiting this page.

Moxinilian commented 6 years ago

Well done. This is the bot we need.

Should we have a 1 or 2 week period for comments? If you approve, approve the PR, if not, post a comment for discussion? And we advertise the link to this PR all over Discord so everyone can weigh in?

fhaynes commented 6 years ago

@jojolepro @magnonellie could ya'll review and approve or request changes? Or, in your case @jojolepro, are you satisfied with the changes?

fhaynes commented 6 years ago

Updated to incorporate latest feedback.

torkleyy commented 6 years ago

we have enough people in each sub team to manage RFCs?

Currently: no.

fhaynes commented 6 years ago

@Rhuagh @magnonellie @torkleyy can you please review and approve or request changes?

fhaynes commented 6 years ago

@magnonellie It isn't that I don't want to fill them in, I just am not qualified to do so. They should be agreed upon and written by the team. We could fill them in with "To be filled in later. Until then, post in the forum"?

If you think we should delay for the new logo, we can. Or use a "Coming Soon" graphic? =) Your call, as far as I am concerned.

I'll find a GDPR-compliant privacy policy and put it up there. We also need an e-mail address people can send GDPR-related requests to. But I think that's a different PR. I think for now we can accept the request via a forum message or to one of our e-mails, so long as it is published.

What categories should we have?

@TimonPost @Xaeroxe @omni-viral would you guys like to review?
