Description
This is just a minor change to the specs book . I can further refine this change if it's not up to the standards here or if we want to make it more clear but I personally believe the changes to be sufficient.
Motivation
I couldn't find documentation on how to do this in the book itself, or really anywhere else on the internet. It probably exists somewhere but I think searching for a few hours is a bad new user experience. Adding this to the book helps new users accomplish a this common task. (In my opinion)

This is my first pull request on an open source project as well. So if I have made any mistakes please let me know and I'll be happy to fix them.
