"Reason dialog for SysAdmin" also pops up when manually adding SysAdmin role #3

As mentioned in title - if this option is set active, the reason-dialog also pops up when manually granting roles.

This is by design as we want to be able to capture and provide logging for assignment of the SysAdmin role regardless of how it is assigned.
