I tested it on ST2 and ST3 both, it seems to be working fine. @vanrijn Please have a look, if it works fine we can merge this into ST3 and then probably merge ST3 into ST2. @ageekymonk, it would be great if you could have a look at this change too.

I love it! I just tried in both ST3 and ST2 and this works perfectly. I'm going to merge this into ST3 and then merge ST3 into master. I'll them update https://github.com/wbond/sublime_package_control/wiki/Sublime-Text-3-Compatible-Packages and move CscopeSublime into the Working group! Whoooooo! =:) I'll also try to add us to PackageControl for ST3. I'm excited! =:)
