@vanrijn I'm now at home using a Mac and everything is ok. It happend when I was at work using a Windows machine. I'll check it at Monday and see if I can repro it.
I couldn't repro it on my Windows machine, so maybe there was some environment settings wrong the time I found it :) This issue could be completely closed, thank you very much:)

If I install CscopeSublime via Pacakge Control, it would pop up this error message when I launch ST3, cloning to the Packages folder will work, but I really like to install this plugin via Package Control since it automatically updates my plugins.
