Only runs at PCIE 1.0 (2.5GT/s) with flashed GC Titan Ridge rev 2.0 #8

Hi, I was following your instructions and get a flashed Titan Ridge working well. Hot plug is working well. Cold boot is working well. However, in System Report -> PCI, I can see the thunderbolt card is running at 2.5GT/s. And in fact, I created an thunderbolt network bridge and used iperf3 to test the speed. It works at about 8Gbps. I'm wondering to ask if there are anyone else have the same problem as mine? Is that because the card is Rev 2.0?
