Wrong command in instruction #17

Clonning from git clone https://github.com/amfoss/kdeconf.git gives wrong page. The page we get is od DEbulsav 14.

@Chirath02 that is expected. We have to modify this theme so that we can use it for KDE. That is the reason why we are conducting the Bug Triage session :)
