Fix bug where camera controls lock up upon exiting and re-entering boundary of the scene #8

When using right click and hold to move around the scene combined with the scroll wheel to zoom in/out, there is a point at which when you move too far away from the planets and try to zoom back in, the zoom behavior seems to "lock up" and prevent the user from navigating further.
