Update README and change how hosts are stored and retrieved #19

I updated the README to remove the old .dmg installation method, which is, to my knowledge, old and outdated.

I also moved the list of hosts to a central file, and have each script read from that file. I believe it makes maintaining the hosts list simpler and easier.

Sorry, it's been a while since you opened the MR. Let me correct some things first, I'll full deprecate the old installation method removing the .dmg and the installation gif.

Another reason for my inactivity in that repo is that I own a premium suscription
