Cardpeek doesn't run on Windows 8.1 or Windows 7 with SP1 with error "can't start because LIBEAY32.dll is missing" #49

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed cardpeek latest version on Windows 8.1 & Windows 7 with SP1
2. Program fails to run with error:

"The program can't start because LIBEAY32.dll is missing from your computer. 
Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

This should now be fixed. Please download the windows installer again and 
re-install Card peek:
http://downloads.pannetrat.com/install/cardpeek-0.8.3-win32-setup.exe
