Call to rbt2c.pl in fpga/go.bat, but script does not exists (anymore). #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?

go.bat invokes perl to post-process the fpga.rbt file to render C code from 
this. However, the script rbt2c.pl is not present. Most likely it is an 
artefact from ancient times.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Will result in an error message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
