Switch from mamba to conda #858

See https://github.com/robotology/robotology-superbuild/pull/1653 for the rationale. In general nowadays conda should be more and less as fast as mamba, and is more actively maintained.

Interesting, I am not sure if we were lucky, but we did not get any timeout (see https://github.com/conda/infrastructure/issues/906) now. Perhaps conda is less irritable w.r.t. to mamba on slow downloads, and just waits? Anyhow, I think it make anyhow it make sense to merge this.
