Add human lifting task action recognition for risk assessment #38

Following the discussion in this comment https://github.com/dic-iit/element_risk-assessment/issues/48#issuecomment-825073793 , I would like to recognize the lifting task activity.

This is sth to perform for the relevant epic which the issue is added to. So, I'll move it to icebox for the time being. First we should annotate the data, and later we work on action recognition.
