add kernal GMoE code to a new branch

In this newly created branch I uploaded kernel code of GMoE that realizes action recognition and motion prediction.

• In modules basically code for data annotation
• In scripts basically code for training and online inference (I reorganize the code, the original code can be found in the folder original_sourceCode)
• The training data and NN model will be uploaded to sharepoints, and I will create an instruction file in my repository, there I'll share the link of data and model, then people know where to get them.

NOTE: I removed the code that are not used or not directly related.

Hi @Zweisteine96, You should avoid to commit the cache files like the content of the __pycache__ folder. In order to automatically skip this kind of cache files, you can add a .gitignore file to the repo.

Hi @lrapetti , thanks for the suggestion, I'll do that soonish.

I have also noticed that you have squashed your modification in a single commit. Is there a specific reason for that?

Actually no specific reason, since there are quite a lot modifications, so I choose to put them in one single commit to avoid sundry information.
