Use time patterns to provide weight perception #16

This issue is to use time patterns for starting and stop the vibration in order to provide the weight perception via the frequency of ON/OFF cycles.

I like the idea of ON/OFF cycles. It is less bothering in the case of constant inputs. Plus, we could use this pattern to provide a "relative" indication of the weight. It is not essential to give an absolute estimate of the weight, we need to indicate what weighs more.

Changes are being implemented in the feature-time_patterns branch.

This was tested together with #25 and seems to be working fine.
