This needs to be handled before first release.

[ ] Enforce rule of five, wherever necessary. (At the moment, many classes disobey this rule.)
[ ] Add documentation with supporting math.
[ ] Wiki pages for the mathematical background and development.
[ ] Pending acknowledgments for the project from which inspirations are taken and pending citations.
