Visualiser startup fails on a previously working commit #144

The telemetry visualisation server and client were working properly on main branch commit b010f317433f66fc7775e1188b473f239580fc8c. Now the OpenMCT based client (index) loading fails while we try to run everything as before.

Note: The control console server-client service is working (port 3000).
