Need to create dedicated shop areas for the existing shops.

The different shop keepers in the main Winya Ravana area should just get their own areas. I think if you made a single area for all shops called Winya Ravana - Shops and add the shops there rather than having a bunch of distinct little areas.

Back in 1.69, this might have been more annoying as far as load times were concerned, but NWN EE has improved load times significantly.
