Noisefloor "occasions" expressed as time #9

In the core csv report: Noise_floor_count_1, Noise_floor_count_2, and Noise floor count offset. Display what ffmpeg calls the number of noise floor “occasions” as time (0:00:00.0). A test wav file is available here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Gk1307PsjT9SWUyI24NOADDb5iw28QLU?usp=share_link

I'm not sure I understand this one, in the sample for Noise_floor_count_1 there is 101,517 occasions. Rather than the total count of occasions do you want the timestamps for all 101,517 occasions listed?

No. I was thinking that, if possible, it would be more helpful and user friendly to express this data point as the total amount of time that the signal reaches the noise floor; in other words to convert total occasions to total time. The concept of “occasions” seems a bit abstruse and difficult to evaluate.
