fade.v2 #426

The fade in/out was in reference to #386. This update is to (hopefully) better clarify the instructions regarding what st and d were (start and duration). Why the use of 59 (it should be the equivalence of a second according to the video.stackexchange forum).

I'm late to the party here! But I agree with the others that it would be handy to have more generic examples (or more explanation about specific figures used).
