ffmpegdecklink: upgrade to FFmpeg 6.0 #349

Have just tested, and both this PR as well as the current build fail on my end (Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 23.04) without adding in the patch like you have included at https://github.com/homebrew-ffmpeg/homebrew-ffmpeg/blob/master/Formula/ffmpeg.rb#L15.

If this is the same for others, I think this PR should be updated to include the patch and then merged?

@privatezero Could you test this with both the upstream patches?

@retokromer builds and seems to work fine for me (although I don't have time to test a live capture today)
