This fixes https://github.com/amiaopensource/vrecord/issues/768 and https://github.com/amiaopensource/vrecord/issues/763 and should be merged to prevent miswritten files from vrecord. @retokromer this reverts https://github.com/amiaopensource/homebrew-amiaos/pull/364 and https://github.com/amiaopensource/homebrew-amiaos/pull/349, which break the use of the SIGPIPE signal from ffplay to ffmpeg.
