force tape serial to 6 char #165

attempts to resolve https://github.com/amiaopensource/ltopers/issues/164 as 3 mkltfs source codes surveyed require 6 char tape serials. I'm uncertain yet if the ltfs based scripts require the same restriction.

I can see evidence of barcodes as 6 char with a trailing L# but for tape serials I only see the six char. I suggest to merge with a “pics or it didn’t happen” consideration for 8 char tape serials in the future.
