Fail when download blackmagic SW in Ubunto #749

I faced issue when I download Desktop video from black magic. Text file said I have to type command with " YUM " and every time I did it . There is error msg said YUM not command ( it means YUM package is not in my system. After many research I found YUM is not compatible with Ubunto version. Any help to what perfect virsion of Linux I have to download . Or any have solution to my problem

As I saw , they recommend to use CenOS. Any other suggestions to use vrecord with issue might face
