Using the DV tab in vrecord to trabsfer a collection of miniDV and am repeatedly getting an error message that says "AC EOB marker is absent". Most of the tapes giving me this error message won't produce a DV file. The transfer will just stop the capture. This message is proceeded by a ton of "Concealing bitstream errors" messages.
Folder with file and logs is here. Heads up (!!!): This tape is documentation of artificial insemination of a panda from the Zoo. 😬 😬 😬
At first I thought it was something specific with the Sony DVM60 ME tapes, but I have also gotten a version of this error on Fuji tapes as well. I also tried to check if they were recorded in LP mode, but when I played these tapes on our DSR-2000 the LP indicator did not light up.

The full error message is here. It is a bit long.
